Prior to joining Saphetor, Pilar spent two decades at Roche Diagnostics, where she held key leadership and strategic roles in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), most recently serving as Senior Healthcare Consultant for NGS. Her proven track record in breaking down silos, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and empowering high-performing teams aligns perfectly with Saphetor’s mission.
